我地D仔已屬大仔, no problem wor.
如擔心caffine, 可飲後2hours才餵仔 or pump milk.

我like泡未發酵green tea, 因收母子一起防癌之效.

中醫話" 燥底者"不宜飲 black tea(全發酵紅茶), 燥上加燥, 唔怪得妳成日咁火.

Green Tea為宜, 達消脂 & 抗病毒之效.
Black tea加奶一起飲, 當然好正.
但無奈有鈣化沈積, 日後易患腎石.

衰人Hayes papa也是港式奶茶 & europe coffe迷, 我只好買organic tea & coffee 做配給...

瘦丁,

其實媽媽都唔係介得好清, 尤其是零食, 佢食小陣都囉囉攣架. 不過對於指明話唔食得果啲食物, 佢呢啲船頭驚鬼船尾驚賊既人就唔敢囉. 奶茶佢都好 like 架, 不過一至五無去茶餐廳食早餐, 所以淨係星期六日先飲; 至於咖啡因, 佢不嬲都唔飲咖啡, 但係就耐唔中會飲可樂.

而家極其量只可以叫做 "小肥進" 上

WA! so happy, Im not the only one secretly drink tea and coffee. (coffee only drink when Im in outport). I cannot sleep if drink green tea.

今日下午我食唔到午飯﹐因為想嘔﹐所以剛剛泵奶時得2oz﹐莫非今次一鋪清袋﹖
