There are two counters : one in Central-Central Building and the other in Seibu, Admiralty.
Last week, I bought the lifting cream ($550) and found it is quite good and the sales are very nice abd not hard sale and they gave a lot of samples (e.g. eye cream. serum...) for you to try.
I just visited the counter in Seibu. There is a 'first care Serum' cost $650/60ml. It is not extemely expensive if compared with other well-known brands. But as my neck is very dry, the sales girl recommended me a' herblinic serum' which is $1,300(7ml X5 small bottles) which was a 5-week treatment. It is an one-time treatment and I could use other products afterwards. When I asked her which cream cost $3,xxx, she said it was not sold in H.K.. she also introduced a 'ginseng Concentrated Cream' which was $1,600/60 ml and she applied both serum and cream on my neck, the feeling was really very good and moisturized. Now I still can smell the ginseng now from my neck. But...it will cost me $3,000.
The sales said my face was OK so I could use other less expensive one on face and just apply the expensive serum on neck. I am considering to buy the 5-week treatment to cure my dry neck first.
Yes, it is just next to the counter of Estee Lauder. The salesladies are very nice and not hard-sell. After I checked the information and asked for a cateloge, she gave it to me and said goodbye with smile. But after I read the cataloge, I worried the ingredents (like Don 'quite',ginseng) might not suitable to pregnant women like me, so I think I better consider it after my baby is born.
But please bear in mind, once you step into the counter, you would be very eager to buy something as the products are very attractive though the price is high.
