no special water for my case. if ur baby is not allergic to milk then i guess it would be ok. the practitioner advise me water/liquid is VERY IMPORTANT after the treatment. your son must be allergic to candidas/ fungus, and there must be fungus in his 腸道, let see how they examine the poo poo....no worries the Bicom is designed to treat these....
